Deputy Head of Marketing

Role Overview

Support the Director of Marketing & Communications in providing strategic direction, developing plans, and overseeing the implementation of marketing activities.

What You Will Do

Develop go-to-market plans, drive user growth for digital banking applications, oversee digital marketing activities, and take responsibility for key performance and growth indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of marketing within large organizations, particularly in Banking & Financial Services, Real Estate, or Telecommunications
• Solid knowledge of Marketing, Banking & Finance, and customer psychology
• In-depth knowledge of Performance Marketing and data-driven marketing practices
• Good understanding of applicable regulations governing banking, advertising, and communications activities
• Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness
• Strong marketing budget management and cost optimization skills
• Proven ability to train, coach, develop, and inspire professional teams
• Strong negotiation and external partner/agency management capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
• Proficient English communication skills across reading, writing, and speaking
• Creative and innovative mindset with strong sensitivity to market trends
• Proactive, decisive, and highly accountable, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt flexibly to change
