Role Overview
The Sales Manager – C&I and Residential Customers is responsible for developing sales opportunities and managing customer relationships in the Commercial & Industrial and Residential energy solutions segments. The role focuses on promoting the company’s solar, energy storage, battery, smart energy, inverter, and related digital energy solutions to C&I customers, residential distributors, installers, developers, system integrators, and channel partners.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute sales plans for C&I and residential customer segments, identify and approach potential customers, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, generate new leads, manage the full sales cycle, achieve assigned sales targets, and manage customer and channel relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Management, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, channel sales, account management, or solution sales
- Technical background in electrical engineering, energy, solar, or power systems is an advantage
- Experience working with C&I customers, distributors, dealers, installers, EPCs, system integrators, or residential channels is an advantage
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of C&I and residential energy solution markets
