Role Overview
Join our Malaysia office as part of Altera’s global Engineering Finance team, working closely with US-based finance leadership across time zones. This person will participate across the full planning cycle (AOP, quarterly forecasting, and 5-year strategic reviews), and is an important, hands-on contributor to in-quarter spend tracking, quarterly forecasting, and quarterly closing for assigned cost centers.
What You Will Do
Participate in AOP development and quarterly forecasting, track in-quarter spend against budget, participate in quarterly closing, build financial models for investment analysis, and partner with engineering and business leaders to bring financial rigor to major investment decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM required
- Demonstrated experience building financial models for investment decisions
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Excellent team player who works well cross-functionally
- Strong communication skills
