Role Overview

The Event Marketing Manager will own the planning and execution of Altruist’s online and in-person events, delivering exceptional experiences that strengthen the brand, engage financial advisors, support key business priorities, and drive measurable results.

What You Will Do

The Event Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of Altruist’s online event series, manage event timelines, project plans, budgets, and production details, and identify opportunities to improve event processes and attendee experiences.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience managing events, ideally within a B2B technology, SaaS, or fintech organization
  • Experience owning the end-to-end execution of online and in-person events, including hosted events, industry conferences, sponsorships, and executive or customer experiences
  • Demonstrated experience partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop events that support go-to-market priorities and measurable business goals
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience working with online event platforms such as Zoom and CRM or marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives, internal teams, speakers, vendors, and external partners
