Data Analyst, TOM Program & Analytics

Role Overview

The TOM PMO & Analytics team is looking for a Data Analyst to work within the Analytic Insights team to help drive data-driven decision-making, measurement, and reporting across TOM operations.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight and other BI tools to support TOM operational metrics and leadership reporting, analyze large-scale transportation operations datasets, and develop and automate data pipelines.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The role requires experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement, and experience with Asana Project Management Platform or similar tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of a modern programming language (Ruby, Java, Python, or C#)
• Experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
