Finance Transformation Lead, Inbound Transportation FP&A

Role Overview

The Finance Transformation Lead will drive profitability and customer experience by shaping the development, planning, and execution of the Inbound supply chain network. This is a build role, where the candidate will stand up a mature P&L with established cadences, carve out multi-billion-dollar business lines, and create the reporting infrastructure for leadership visibility.

What You Will Do

The Finance Transformation Lead will own the P&L for a newly carved-out business unit, design and run the planning and forecasting cadence, partner with Ops, Tech, and network planning leaders, and communicate findings to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field
