Role Overview

Serve as the primary escalation point for complex Business-to-Business (B2B) Accounts Receivable (AR) issues within Amazon Health Services. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues and build operational infrastructure.

Investigate complex billing discrepancies, design process improvements, and drive defect reduction programs to enhance billing accuracy, cash application, and collections performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
• 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field, or Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
