We are looking for a Strategic Event Marketer to own end-to-end execution of Ambience’s event presence — from major healthcare conferences and trade shows to owned executive experiences, intimate dinners, and roundtables. You will be the DRI who ensures Ambience shows up with purpose, precision, and impact at every in-person moment.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years in events marketing or experiential marketing in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or healthcare.
- Demonstrated experience executing a high-volume portfolio of events, with particular strength in conference and trade show execution at scale — booth management, sponsorships, ancillary programming, and onsite operations.
- Strong project management and cross-functional orchestration skills; ability to mobilize stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and keep complex programs moving without dropping details.
