Role Overview

The Customer Service Manager will lead and engage the front-line team members to ensure a safe, high-performing operation while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires a safety advocate who can establish team and individual goals, coach and mentor frontline team members, and promote effective relationships among departments.

What You Will Do

The Customer Service Manager will drive operational excellence, promote safety, and establish effective relationships with team members. They will also analyze station-specific data to improve scheduling, training, and overall station performance.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • Previous airport customer service experience
  • 2 years experience leading others
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures and functional automation applications
