Role Overview

The Business Development Manager drives market position and achievement of business outcomes through the Account Management and Commercial Operations Core Process. This position is the core sales position within the company responsible for new business and clients as well as managing and leveraging existing accounts.

What You Will Do

Contribute to strategic initiatives and planning, sell ABS services, develop and maintain key client relationships, lead the development of visit plans, and work with organizational teams to develop capture strategies and proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalent
  • 5 or more years of experience in the industry
  • Business experience in the manufacturing and/or technical service industry
