We’re looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our CX Data & Operations team within the BI Platform Engineering organization. In this role, you will support the development and optimization of data pipelines that power customer experience (CX) insights across survey programs such as CSAT, NPS, and custom initiatives.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Data Engineering and Analytics
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Shell scripting, and working with large-scale data pipelines
- Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL frameworks, and data modeling best practices
- Experience working in Agile or rapid application development environments
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, open API development, and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
