Sales Operations Analyst

American Plastics is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support their growing business across Sam’s Club, with additional support for Walmart as needed. The role will be in Northwest Arkansas and will report to the VP of Sales as an individual contributor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience considered in lieu
• 3-5 years of experience supporting Walmart and/or Sam’s Club
• Hands-on experience with Retail Link, shared report creation, item setup, and item maintenance
• Familiarity with GTIN creation and item data governance
• DSV order and defect reporting experience preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• MS Office Suites – advanced Excel proficiency required
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, retail-focused environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States of America
• Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Authorize Background Check
