The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Administration or a related field, several years of experience in business development, and proficiency in German and English.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical/economic field
- Several years of experience in business development, ideally in a technology-driven environment
- Experience with IR&D projects and strategic business planning
- Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
- Confident and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Additional related certification is a plus
- Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and intercultural competence
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
