Business Development Manager, Military Programs

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will manage all military programs in collaboration with sales and business management. The main scope of this position is to work with the various military programs to promote PPP products and the company itself to realize sales.

What You Will Do

Responsible for driving sales within existing and new military programs, assist with product definition based on customer requirements, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or other relevant technical degree
  • 5 years of experience in sales in a manufacturing/technology environment and military program flow
  • Strong facilitation skills, including ability to negotiate both internally and when customer-facing, on commercial and technical matters.
  • Self-directed and independent work ethic; measure and report progress against defined objectives
