The Associate, Incentive Compensation Inquiry & Data Operations role is responsible for managing inquiries, solving complex data challenges, maintaining data stewardship standards, and delivering ad-hoc analytics to support field and leadership decisions.
Requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to incentive metrics, payouts, and plan interpretation.
- Investigate and resolve inquiries promptly with clear, data-backed communication.
- Track and analyze inquiry trends to identify process or data improvement opportunities.
- Identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies impacting IC calculations or field reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate impact(s) of data changes.
- Conduct analytical deep dives and ad-hoc reporting on performance, attainment, and payout trends.
- Create and automate dashboards or reports to provide actionable insights for business leaders.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Incentive Compensation operations, including plan design, goal setting, contest administration, payout calculation, and performance analytics.
