Requirements

• Master’s degree & 1+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation
• Bachelor’s degree & 3+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation
• 5+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Commercial Operations, or Sales Analytics, ideally within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry
