The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing inbound leads, owning opportunities, developing pipeline, and promoting good customer relations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and experience in customer service, inside sales, or technical support roles. They must have technical aptitude and strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Qualify inbound leads and gather technical requirements
- Own and advance unassigned opportunities from inquiry to order
- Self-generated pipeline through outbound prospecting and identify similar customers/markets from inbound activity
- Actively reach out to recent higher value and all prospect quotes
- Re-engage dormant accounts
- Maintain CRM accuracy and coordinate with engineering and customer service
