Role Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator exists to solve one of the company’s biggest operational challenges: getting proposals built and out the door quickly, and keeping procurement and vendor management organized and on track.

What You Will Do

Build and finalize project proposals and quotes, manage day-to-day procurement and vendor relationships, track inventory, purchase orders, and job costing, and hold the line on purchasing.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The right person is a disciplined, detail-oriented communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions, push back when something doesn’t add up, and keep multiple proposals moving at once without letting any of them stall.

Requirements

  • Highly detail-oriented, with strong follow-through on documentation, quoting, and purchase tracking
  • Excellent communicator who asks questions rather than assuming, and is comfortable speaking up
  • Naturally curious and quick to pick up new software platforms
  • Comfortable working in project management and quoting software

Benefits

  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Health insurance coverage
  • Company laptop and equipment provided
  • Support for exploring new training, tools, and platforms
  • Annual company celebration with families included
