The Sr. Director Business Operations, Revenue Cycle is responsible for building successful business relationships with Operations and Center leadership, leading revenue cycle executive level discussions, and managing direct reports. This role includes ongoing skills development, coaching, and hands-on problem-solving, as well as providing leadership and ongoing refinement to the RCM Monthly Operating Review process.
Requirements
- Foster effective, trust-based relationships with critical stakeholders, including the SVP & VP of Operations, Director of Operations, Center Administrators, and Physician Partners.
- Lead business operations leaders to facilitate effective meetings, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and drive performance improvement.
- Monitor operational analysis and trend reports to identify process improvements that positively impact RCM KPI’s.
