Requirements
- 7-12 years in SMB SaaS marketing
- Proven track record generating pipeline and revenue (not just “brand” work)
- Strong performance marketing skills (paid + landing pages + CRO)
- Strong lifecycle marketing skills (email, nurture, onboarding, retention)
- Clear writer and editor. Can turn messy ideas into simple, sharp messaging.
- Comfortable with numbers and attribution. You can explain results without hand-waving.
- Bias for action: you execute fast and don’t wait to be told what to do
- You’ve worked in a high-growth startup and can handle messy, changing priorities
