Senior Analyst, Sales Operations

Role Overview

Responsible for supporting sales on financial planning, analysis, and channel support for Analog Devices Japan. Role will oversee Japan activities on Revenue, pipelines, and distributors to support sales strategy execution.

What You Will Do

Analyze performance/market and propose action plans to support and influence revenue/pipelines by identifying growth opportunities. Support Regional Distribution Director to manage KPIs with Analog Devices Japan authorized distributors.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of FP&A experience or Sales Operation
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
• Prior FP&A experience
