Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as Chief Revenue Officer is based in Birmingham, AL, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. You must be in driving distance of Birmingham, AL.
The CRO role is a Co-Founder in Infinia. A person capable of helping with growth, fundraising, and strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Sales to build and execute strategies that drive new business and customer acquisition.
- Experience in Account Management, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning to align revenue goals with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
- Proficiency in Sales Operations, streamlining processes and data analysis to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model, balancing in-office and remote work effectively.
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem or prior experience working directly with founders is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a bonus.
