For our client, we are seeking a Director, Revenue Strategy & Operations to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.
This role will lead revenue performance analysis across the full funnel, from lead generation through retention, with a strong focus on pipeline health, conversion, and forecast quality. The position partners closely with GTM Engineering and other cross-functional stakeholders to identify scaling opportunities and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset, deep understanding of revenue operations, and the ability to translate insights into actionable process improvements.
Location: Los Angeles, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $210,000 – $225,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own and analyze weekly pipeline creation and conversion metrics, providing actionable insights
- Diagnose and address performance issues in the sales funnel and identify areas of success
- Evaluate pipeline quality based on specific metrics rather than assumed values
- Leverage AI for large-scale pipeline assessments, focused on deal quality and forecasting
- Create automated AI-driven workflows to streamline account prioritization and report generation
- Collaborate with GTM Engineering to implement impactful AI use cases
- Ensure comprehensive analysis of the entire revenue journey from lead generation to customer retention
Qualifications
- 6-10+ years in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Revenue Analytics, or similar roles
- Experience with high-growth SaaS companies generating $30M-$150M ARR
- Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose performance problems and identify opportunities to scale
- In-depth knowledge of AI infrastructure implementation, not just tool familiarity
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus
