Partner Success Manager (FP&A / Supply Chain Planning)

The Partner Success Manager role is responsible for driving partner-led growth through partner technical GTM, enablement and delivery excellence activities.

Requirements

• Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of EPM consulting experience – FP&A planning / Supply Chain Planning space.
• Functional and technical knowledge of Financial Analysis & Planning or Supply Chain Planning is required – Worked on one or more of the products such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC/SAC, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, O9, Kinaxis or related planning tools specialising in FP&A or Supply chain.
• 4+ years of Anaplan deployment experience or any other planning tool deployment experience is preferable
• Experience leading, managing or coaching others
• Track record of leading successful partner enablement or pre-sales or implementation functions for organizations preferably in EPM / Planning space.
• Demonstrated experience as a coach and mentor in a software implementation environment
• Familiarity with a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
• Penchant for service excellence and a collaborative style
• Superb written, oral communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work across multiple functions and within a regional remote team
• Highly organized, customer-focused, and innovative
