Anchorage Digital is seeking a Member of People Operations, Benefits and Leave Management to design, implement, and administer comprehensive global benefits and leave programs. The role requires a deep understanding of global benefits frameworks and leave regulations, as well as analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and propose data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in People Operations with a dedicated focus on benefits and leave management
- Direct experience with Workday or Dayforce HRIS for benefits and leave administration
- Demonstrated experience supporting end-to-end global leave management, including understanding and applying complex multi-jurisdictional regulations
- Proven experience in global benefits administration, including vendor management, renewals, plan design, and ensuring regulatory compliance
