Contract Business Analyst – CPQ

Role Overview

We are recruiting for a Contract Business Analyst with strong experience in complex pricing catalogues, ideally with hands-on Salesforce CPQ and/or Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) experience.

What You Will Do

Act as the key link between commercial, pricing and technical delivery teams, translating complex pricing structures, product hierarchies, bundling options and discount logic into clear requirements for technical teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst working with complex product and pricing catalogues within enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of CPQ, pricing logic, product hierarchies, bundles and discount structures
• Experience analysing, configuring or managing Enterprise Product Catalogues
• Salesforce CPQ+ and/or Salesforce Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) experience is highly desirable
• Experience translating complex requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong UAT, testing and requirements management experience
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across commercial, product and technical teams
• Experience within Energy, Utilities or Telecoms would be a valuable addition, particularly where complex or regulated pricing structures are involved
