Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

The Senior Salesforce Developer will partner with the Salesforce Product Manager to ensure the Salesforce platform is fully aligned with business objectives. The role will design and customize Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud Plus, ensuring they align with industry best practices and meet the organization’s objectives.

What You Will Do

The Senior Salesforce Developer will automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, build integrations between Salesforce and external applications, and provide support to end-users. The role will also determine when Apex code is needed to meet a capability end goal and stay current with new Salesforce technologies.

Requirements

• 6 – 8 years of total IT experience
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
• Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience
• Experience with CRMA tools and methodologies
• Hands on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations
• Development experience in UI technologies like Bootstrap, Lightening Design System (LDS), Lightening Components Development, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Proven integration experience using integration techniques – REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and SSO
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and DevOps tools
• Proven ability to assess the impact of new requirements on SFDC and all upstream and downstream applications, flows and processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
