Requirements
- Customer development: management and strategic development of existing key accounts such as house managers, cooperatives and construction companies
- New customer acquisition: identification of market potential and new customer acquisition through your network and targeted approach
- Relationship management: building long-term, trustworthy customer relationships and strengthening the market position in western Austria
- Implementing sales strategy: operational implementation of regional sales targets and driving sustainable growth
- Consultation: technically and financially consulting on solutions in the field of energy, building technology and services
- Offer design: analysis of customer needs and creation of tailored offers
- Interface management: central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Technical or business studies qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or key account management in the field service
- Experience in building technology/HKLS or the energy sector
- Existing network in areas such as house managers, construction companies or installers is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of common tools such as CRM systems and MS 365
- Secure German skills
- Class B driving license as well as travel readiness of 3-4 days per week in the Tirol & Vorarlberg region
