We are looking for a Recruiting and People Ops Manager to be the backbone of our employee experience and the engine behind our people systems as we scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience across both People Operations and Recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience at a Series A–C company, ideally scaling from ~50 to 200 employees
- Strong understanding of California employment law
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite as well as modern HR, project management, and business tools (e.g. Rippling, Asana, Ashby, Greenhouse, etc.)
