Role Overview
Antithesis is looking for a Billing AR Manager to own the end-to-end billing and accounts receivable function, building systems, processes, and controls behind our revenue cycle.
What You Will Do
Own the full billing cycle: invoice generation, delivery, dispute resolution, and collections; Manage AR aging and develop policies to minimize overdue balances.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We’re looking for 5+ years in billing, AR, or revenue operations at a SaaS company, with experience with billing systems (NetSuite preferred) and CRM integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years in billing, AR, or revenue operations at a SaaS company
- Experience with billing systems (NetSuite preferred) and CRM integrations
- Track record of building and improving process, not just running it
- Comfort working with legal and sales on contract terms and their billing implications
- Strong attention to detail and personal ownership over data accuracy
- Clear communicator with both internal stakeholders and customers
