Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for working closely with the Branch Manager to sell the Coldwell Banker Value Proposition, coach agents on increased production, and implement an office culture where agents thrive.
What You Will Do
Recruit, acquire, and retain productive sales associates, support day-to-day management of branch operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Three + years’ experience selling real estate
- Active Real Estate License
- Technologically proficient in various operating systems and software programs
- Working knowledge of business and financial acumen
- Experience in training, coaching, and leading people, groups, and organizations
