Role Overview

The Senior GEO / AEO / SEO Manager will lead the development of an integrated SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy, manage relationships with agencies, and oversee the performance of organic and AI-search channels. The role requires a strong knowledge of technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimisation, as well as experience with tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

The Senior GEO / AEO / SEO Manager will define and brief an integrated SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy, develop a roadmap aligned with commercial goals, own organic and AI-search channel performance, and act as a subject matter expert for evolving search trends and AI visibility. The role also involves owning and managing third-party AEO agency relationships, optimising brand visibility in AI-generated responses, and improving AI citation rate, share-of-model visibility, and sentiment and positioning in AI responses.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years in SEO / organic search or growth marketing roles
• Proven experience delivering measurable organic growth
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO (site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals)
• Keyword strategy and content optimisation
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
