The Record to Report Specialist (FA/BR) is responsible for executing day‐to‐day RTR activities for Fixed Assets and Bank Reconciliation in accordance with company policies, IFRS, and local statutory requirements. The role performs month‐to‐end close tasks, fixed asset transactions, bank reconciliation, journal preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, management reporting, and supports statutory audits and tax compliance.
Requirements
- Process fixed asset transactions including capitalizations, disposals, reclassifications, and transfers in SAP accurately and on time.
- Monitor project spending and timelines for capital projects; ensure proper recording and tagging of assets.
- Execute month‐end close activities for the FA ledger, including depreciation runs and validation of asset net book values.
- Prepare FA schedules, reports, and reconciliations required by local statutory teams or auditors.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations between bank statements and general ledger postings.
- Investigate and resolve unmatched items, unusual transactions, or discrepancies within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with Treasury, Country Finance, or Operations for clearing of outstanding items.
