We are UMG, the Universal Music Group, and we are seeking a Senior Director, Revenue Strategy to drive growth for our artist and catalog businesses through innovative commercial partnerships and monetization strategies.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in music, digital strategy, partnerships, artist management, or commercial development.
  • Strong understanding of music distribution, streaming platforms, catalog strategy, and evolving music monetization models.
  • Exceptional relational skills who can think strategically about business development.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and complex partnership negotiations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data and market trends into clear strategic action.
