Role Overview
This is a ground-floor opportunity for a recent graduate who loves working with data and bringing order to fast-moving operations. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, you will be the analytical and operational engine behind our sales team.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain reporting, turn data into insight, support workforce management, track capacity and utilization, put AI to work, keep the CRM honest, improve the systems and workflows, support day-to-day operations, prep for key meetings, and take on projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, with 1-3 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable manipulating data and identifying actionable takeaways from data
