Role Overview
The Marketing Analytics and Revenue Operations Senior Lead is a strategic, hands-on analytical leader responsible for driving insight generation across our B2B marketing organization. This role helps the business understand business growth through the lens of marketing channels.
What You Will Do
You will compare performance across email, events, paid media, digital programs, and other B2B channels. You will also Identify where the marketing organization should invest, optimize, or shift spend and provide regular insights to channel owners to improve efficiency and ROI.

You will lead analytics projects from start to finish, including developing attribution systems, building segmentation models, or evaluating performance across key marketing channels (email, events, paid media, digital).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional portfolio.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, business intelligence, or revenue analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (required).
- Experience with CRM, Marketing, and Sales Platforms (Marketo, CJA, Atlas, etc..).
- Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution, marketing, B2B funnels, and revenue dynamics
- Ability to manage and mentor analytical talent
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, able to simplify complexity for diverse audiences.
