We are looking for Voice AI Solutions / Pre-Sales Engineer(s) to partner with our enterprise sales team in driving complex customer engagements. This role will act as the technical counterpart to account executives, supporting customer conversations, delivering customized demos, and addressing deep technical queries.
Requirements
- Support enterprise sales teams in customer meetings, discovery sessions, and technical discussions
- Handle L2/L3 technical conversations with customer’s business and engineering stakeholders
- Deliver customized demos aligned to customer workflows and industry use cases
- Translate business requirements into Voice AI solution approaches and architectures
- Explain system architecture, integrations, data flows, and deployment models
- Support POCs and technical evaluations during enterprise sales cycles
- Enable sales teams with better technical positioning and product understanding
