Responsibilities:
Lead a team of SDRs and MDRs (Sales and Marketing Development Reps) and to handle both outbound and inbound conversations across different time zones; generate leads, resolve issues, manage pipeline, handle escalations, generate personas, review email copies, prioritize campaigns, review performance and ensure a smooth flow of leads and demos for the sales team; manage, coach and scale a 15+ team of SDRs, BDRs and MDRs; help create and lead training sessions for the team; work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product team; provide market insights to prospect and share on how we differ from the competition; and provide insights to the product team on what the market wants. Telecommuting permitted.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related degree. Must possess 3 years’ experience managing SDR teams; 3 years’ experience using Salesforce and at least two other sales technologies such as Drift, Zendesk, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Chili Piper, Atrium, Hubspot etc.; 5 years’ experience working with a software sales, marketing or sales development organization leveraging data driven sales & marketing strategies; 5 years’ experience establishing and running a high performance sales development team; and 3 years’ experience using B2B data in a privacy compliant manner (GDPR, CCPA) to optimize sales & marketing workflows. Must successfully complete competency-based interview.
