Role Overview

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple stores, achieving quantitative measures of performance, and ensuring high levels of customer service. They will represent the brand, maximize sales, and contribute to the overall performance of the stores.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining customer service standards, adhering to company policies, and recruiting and training staff on sales techniques and customer service.
