Partner Sales Director at Appian, responsible for driving digital transformation by bringing Appian solutions to customers in Latin America. Design and launch Appian’s Reseller and Distribution channel in the region, and lead the strategic identification and recruitment of Tier-1 Distributors and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of relevant Alliances, Channel Sales, or Business Development within the enterprise software industry in LATAM.
- Specific, demonstrable experience of starting something new, such as launching a new region or standing up a distribution model.
- Deep understanding of the economic and cultural nuances of doing business in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and Peru.
- Strong experience in contract negotiations, joint value propositions, and complex revenue forecasting.
- Working knowledge of solution selling methodology and practice.
- Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Confident, competitive, thorough, and tenacious attitude.
- Bilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is preferred.
