LGS is seeking a communications strategist to develop and execute messaging for executive and internal communications, employee engagement programs, and practice group initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in strategic communications, internal communications, or employee engagement, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience
- Experience in communication strategy, implementation, and analytics for professional services, legal, or people-related initiatives
- Proven track record using storytelling to create compelling communications that drive engagement
- Exceptional judgment in shaping communication methods and evaluation criteria for critical initiatives
- Experience interacting with and influencing all levels of management
