Data ML Program Manager – Product Operations

This role involves planning and managing the deployment of business solutions for the Product Operations organization, focusing on process standardization, tool development, and implementation. It requires leading ideation, prototyping, and validation of solutions, collaborating with engineering teams, defining scalable solutions, and leveraging data, AI, and machine learning to improve process efficiencies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in a highly technical field
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field or hands on experience in technical roles
• Knowledge of emerging concepts like machine learning and predictive analytics a strong plus
• Strong Excel skills, including pivots, vlookups, conditional formatting, large record sets
• Familiarity with databases, large data sets, reporting Tableau and SQL a plus
• Able to work independently when managing multiple priorities in an unstructured, global and virtual environment
