Manager, Engineering Program Management, AIML Data Operations

Apple is seeking an experienced Manager of Engineering Program Management (EPM) to lead a team of EPMs who drive global software initiatives shaping how machine learning data is collected, labeled, and used across Apple.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical degree or experience
• 8+ years of technical program management experience in software development organizations
• 3+ years of people management experience, including leading and developing EPMs
• Proven track record of defining and delivering user-centric software products from conception through launch across multiple releases
• Strong background in software delivery and development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile project management methodologies
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to executives and distilling complex topics into clear narratives
• Strong people management and strategic leadership skills including building high-performing teams, aligning stakeholders to a common vision, navigating ambiguity, and inspiring others
