Operations Program Manager – Product Operations

Apple is seeking an Operations Program Manager to lead new product development and launch within Operations in Asia, responsible for achieving goals for time to market, cost, quality, product availability, and order cycle time. The role involves leading a team, engaging with OEM manufacturing partners, and developing rapport with vendor partners to drive issue resolution and operational readiness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of program management experience in high volume manufacturing
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (or similar)
• Ability to travel up to ~50%
• Exceptional ability to build relationships and exert effective influence in a matrix organization
