What You Will Do
Lead the creation of the Store Level Sales Forecast (SLSF) for 500+ retail stores Worldwide, informing staffing strategy / resource optimization and benchmark setting to drive commercial performance.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or a related quantitative field
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience
- Understand and work with complex data sets
- Experience leveraging AI tools to transform processes and drive efficiencies in an organization
- Analytical thinker and quick learner with demonstrated problem solving skills
- Demonstrated success managing multiple activities, projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing, results-driven environment
- Independent and self-motivated
- Ability to build effective partnerships in a cross-functional organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including executive level presentations
- Experience with visualization and analytical tools such as Tableau
