Senior Product Operations Manager, Find My

Role Overview

Lead a team of Find My individual contributor experts, developing team strategy, innovative approaches and solutions to solve challenging problems and achieve communicated performance metrics and targets.

What You Will Do

Develop plans aligned to the team’s broader organizational strategy and goals, operationalize annual plans with cross-functional programs and technical teams, mobilize resources for growth and delivery, and ensure all commitments are met and problems addressed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or general management
• at least 5 years in a senior leadership role leading multi-disciplinary teams
• proven experience directly managing and developing managers or team leads/individual contributors
• demonstrated experience operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
• hands-on experience implementing and running operating cadences, metrics, and review processes
• track record of anticipating organizational shifts and proactively adjusting plans
• experience conducting competitive and market analysis
• experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams or departments
• experience building relationships and gathering input across a wide network of internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
• experience influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers
