US Business Data and Analytics Lead for Sales Operations at Apple. Collaborate with data strategy, business insights delivery, and intelligent automation across the US sales organization to drive sales excellence and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of related experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, data analytics, or technical operations supporting sales or finance functions.
  • Strong data and analytics expertise including proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, ETL processes, data quality management, and building data pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to build dashboards and deliver actionable insights.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, system integrations, and middleware tools to design and troubleshoot integrations between CRM platforms and enterprise data systems.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating technical teams including Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, or Enterprise Systems to deliver data solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of sales operations processes (forecasting, quota planning, territory management, compensation, performance tracking).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) including configuration, reporting, automation, and data management.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and provide strategic direction to technical teams.
