Role Overview
As a Revenue Operations/PM IV at Applied Materials, you will be responsible for managing service contracts, providing project management support, and driving process improvements. You will work closely with sales and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, audit-compliant service contracts are processed accurately and on time. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include booking and billing service contracts, supporting forecasting and reporting, and providing input on new project requirements. You will also be responsible for developing procedures and processes to support complex non-standard scenarios.

- 7-10 years of experience in revenue operations, deal desk, contract management, or sales operations

- Experience working in ERP and CRM systems (SAP strongly preferred)
- Ability to interpret contracts and understand basic legal and commercial terms
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
