We are looking for an Account Manager to nurture our contracted clients as part of our GCR Sales team in our Shenzhen office. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of selling enterprise SaaS analytics/platforms to advertisers (ideally mobile), and will be very familiar with complex/strategic sales processes.
Requirements
- Own and grow revenue across an assigned portfolio of Growth Market customers
- Drive customer retention and expansion through proactive account management
- Build relationships with key business and technical stakeholders within client organizations
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer objectives
- Support commercial discussions that help clients scale their marketing measurement practices
- Maintain accurate forecasts and visibility into account growth pipeline
- Understand customer goals and challenges to position AppsFlyer solutions effectively
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to drive customer outcomes
- Promote AppsFlyer best practices and platform adoption across assigned accounts
