Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll drive pipeline generation and accelerate growth across the Eastern European region. You’ll own the top of the sales funnel by identifying strategic outbound opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and partnering closely with Account Executives to create high-impact business opportunities.
What You Will Do
Own outbound prospecting efforts, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, conduct discovery conversations with prospects, and work closely with Account Executives and Marketing on outreach strategies.

Requirements
- Native Portuguese speaker
- Fluent English
- Russian (and/or) Polish language fluency
- +2 years of SDR experience, preferably within SaaS or high-tech environments
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organiszational skills, time management, and ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement platforms (advantage)
